How does Build International Listings tool (BIL) work?

Using BIL involves four main steps:
1
You set a single ‘source’ marketplace, from which BIL updates offers and prices on the other ‘target’ marketplaces.
2
You choose which additional target marketplaces to sync, then choose the offers to include.
3
You set pricing rules for each target marketplace, including same price, flat difference higher, and percent difference higher or lower.
4
After you sync your offers, the eligible offers and prices in the target marketplaces will be updated based on your selections and currency rates. You save time and effort by managing all offers from within your source marketplace.

What does BIL do?

BIL performs the following automated tasks:
Adds offers from a ‘source’ marketplace to a ‘target’ marketplace where the same ASINs exist in both marketplaces.
Synchronizes source offer prices on target marketplaces based on pricing rules you define and performs currency rate conversion any time the source marketplace price changes.
Adjusts prices periodically to reflect currency conversion fluctuations in the respective currencies of the target marketplaces. The frequency of these updates may vary from daily to weekly. If the change in exchange rate is less than 1%, it will not be reflected in these updates.
Synchronizes source offer prices on target marketplaces based on pricing rules you define and performs currency rate conversion any time the source marketplace price changes.

What doesn't BIL do?

While BIL can be a tremendous asset, please keep in mind that it does not create product listings (also known as ASINs or detail pages), place inventory or check product compliance with applicable laws and regulations across marketplaces, all of which you should have completed prior to enabling your offers for BIL.
To fulfill your North American FBA orders, you will need to ship your inventory to a fulfillment center in the country linked to the marketplace of the order. For example, an Amazon.ca order will only be fulfilled by Amazon from a fulfillment center in Canada. It will not be fulfilled from a fulfillment center in the United States or Mexico.
To fulfill your European FBA orders, you must ship your inventory into a European fulfillment center. For example, a U.K. order can be fulfilled by Amazon from a fulfillment center anywhere in Europe. It will not be fulfilled from a fulfillment center in North America.
