Some products require an EAN or UPC to create a listing. Sellers can obtain UPCs from the manufacturer. Requirements for selling in the Gift Card Category:
  1. Sellers must have an existing gift card program and be willing to verify their compliance with all applicable regulations for issuers of gift cards.
  2. Sellers are not allowed to re-sell third party gift cards. The seller must be the issuer of the gift cards.
  3. Sellers must be the issuer and the redeemer of the gift cards. Amazon will not accept cards that may be redeemed at third party locations. (For example: Shopping mall gift cards that may be redeemed at any store in the mall are not allowed.)
  4. Sellers must have a physical/tangible gift card and be able to ship this card to the recipient as orders are reported. Electronic gift cards are not allowed at this time.
  5. The denomination of a gift card may not exceed $2,000.
